Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PostRapid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users — free and paid.

2. What PostRapid is

PostRapid is an AI-assisted content writing tool that helps professionals generate LinkedIn and X (Twitter) posts. The AI generates content based on your idea and profile. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any content generated by the platform.

3. Your account

• ·You must be at least 18 years old to use PostRapid
• ·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• ·You must provide accurate information when creating your profile
• ·One account per person — creating multiple accounts to exploit free credits is not allowed

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PostRapid to generate content that is:

• ·False, misleading, or defamatory
• ·Harassing, abusive, or harmful to others
• ·Spam or unsolicited promotional content at scale
• ·In violation of any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Content ownership

You own the content you create using PostRapid. We do not claim any rights over your posts or drafts. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. AI-generated content

PostRapid uses AI to generate content. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. PostRapid is not liable for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content without review.

7. LinkedIn integration and scheduling

Starter and Pro plans can connect a LinkedIn account to schedule and automatically publish posts through PostRapid.

• ·By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorise PostRapid to post content to your LinkedIn profile on your behalf, at the times you schedule
• ·You are responsible for granting this access and for everything that gets posted to your account, including AI-generated content you choose to schedule
• ·You should review scheduled content before it goes live, as PostRapid is not liable for content published automatically once scheduled
• ·Starter plans include one-time use of the content planner/scheduler; Pro plans include full ongoing access
• ·You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from your Profile settings

8. Payments and subscriptions

• ·Paid plans are billed monthly. There are no annual commitments.
• ·Prices are displayed in USD and processed securely by Razorpay
• ·You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• ·We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

9. Service availability

We aim to keep PostRapid available at all times but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability, including missed scheduled posts.

10. Limitation of liability

PostRapid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostRapid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including content published to your connected social accounts. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties, or as required by applicable local law.

12. Data protection and your rights

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Our full Privacy Policy is available at postrapid.com/privacy and forms part of these terms.

• ·By creating an account, you acknowledge that we process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. The legal basis for processing is contract performance (to provide the service) and, where optional features are used (such as LinkedIn integration), your explicit consent.
• ·EEA users — you have rights under GDPR including access, erasure, portability, rectification, restriction, and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Exercise these rights by emailing postrapid.work@gmail.com.
• ·Indian users — you have rights under India's DPDP Act 2023, including the right to access, correction, and erasure of your data. Grievances can be raised with us directly — we will respond within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for our designated grievance contact.
• ·Refunds for EU consumers — EU consumer protection law provides a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for digital services. However, by requesting that the service begins immediately upon payment (which it does — credits are available instantly), you acknowledge that you waive this withdrawal right once the service has commenced, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. Our standard 1-day refund window applies. If you are unsure, do not complete payment — contact us first.
• ·You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Payment records required by law will be retained regardless.
