Refund Policy

Our refund policy
We want you to be happy with PostRapid. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions described below. Please read this policy carefully before upgrading.
Eligibility for refunds
- ✓1-day refund window — if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 1 day of your first payment, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
- ✓Technical failure — if a technical issue on our end prevented you from using the service and we were unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you are eligible for a prorated refund.
- ✓Duplicate payment — if you were charged twice due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately.
Non-refundable situations
- ·Refunds are not available after the 1-day window for monthly subscriptions
- ·Refunds are not available if you have used a significant portion of the plan's credits
- ·Refunds are not available if your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- ·Free plan credits are non-refundable as they are provided at no cost
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at postrapid.work@gmail.com with:
- ·Your registered email address
- ·The date of payment and the plan purchased
- ·The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at postrapid.work@gmail.com. After cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
